DAVANAGERE MASALA MANDAKKI

Ingredients:
Mandakki/Puffed Rice - 5 Cups
Finely Chopped Onion - 3/4 Cup
Finely Chopped Green Chillies - 1 Tbsp
Chopped Coriander Leaves - 2 Tbsp
Grated Coconut - 1/2 Cup
Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Oil - 1 Tbsp

Method Of Preparation:
Take Mandakki in a mixing bowl. Add rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Adjust salt. Add more lemon juice if required.

Enjoy with Tea/Coffee. :)
