CHOCOLATE RUSK

Ingredients:
Maida/APF - 1 1/2 cup
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup

Method of Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 350F.
Coat a cake pan/loaf pan with little oil.
Mix all the ingredients and bake the cake for 25 mins.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 mins.
Cut the cake into pieces. Arrange on a cookie pan and bake again for 10-12 mins depending on the crispiness you need.

Note: I was just experimenting to make tea rusks and came up with this. Next time I'll try with elaichi/cardamom powder instead of cocoa powder for the authentic Indian rusk feel. Let me know if you try/tried it! ;)
